Returns — Unopened Products
If a product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
No Returns — Opened Hygiene Items
For bath toys, feeding products, teethers, and anything that touches your baby's skin or mouth, we cannot accept returns once the packaging is opened or the product has been used — even if unused but opened.
This isn't us being difficult; it's the same standard every responsible baby retailer follows because these products can't be safely resold once their seal is broken.
